Terms & Conditions – Manage Tutor

By using Manage Tutor, tutors, guardians, and users agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the use of our platform, services, and payment policies.

1. Payment Policy

Manage Tutor charges a one-time service fee from tutors, ranging from 10% to a maximum of 60% of the first month’s fixed tuition fee. The percentage depends on the tuition type and other relevant factors.

The service charge is payable in two installments:

  • First Installment: 50% of the total service charge must be paid within 7 days of tuition confirmation.
  • Second Installment: The remaining 50% must be paid after the tutor receives the first month’s salary.

The exact amount of the service charge will be clearly communicated before tuition confirmation.

Service charges must be paid within the agreed timeframe. Failure to do so may result in:

  • Legal action taken by Manage Tutor
  • Cancellation of the tuition
  • Suspension of future tuition opportunities for the tutor

2. Tuition Cancellation Policy

  • If a tuition is canceled by the guardian after the first 50% payment (within 7 days of confirmation) without any fault of the tutor, Manage Tutor will either:
    • Refund the payment partially or fully
    • Or provide another tuition of equivalent value to the tutor
  • If a tuition is canceled by the guardian after one month of continuation, the tutor must pay 30% of the fixed monthly tuition fee as a service charge.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By registering or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms. Manage Tutor reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
