Refund policy

Manage Tutor has a no-refund policy. All payments made on Manage Tutor are final and non-refundable. Please read the price and period of a plan or badge carefully before you pay.

1. What is free

Posting a tuition, creating a guardian or tutor account and browsing jobs and tutors are free. No payment is needed for these.

2. Paid services

Paid services include tutor plans and the Trusted badge, and any other paid feature shown on the site. Their price, what is included and how long they last are shown before you pay.

3. No refunds

• Payments are not refunded, in full or in part, once made.
• This includes cases where you do not get hired, stop using the service, close your account, or no longer need the plan or badge.
• Unused days of a plan or badge are not refunded or transferred to another account.
• If your account is suspended for breaking our terms, any paid plan or badge ends without refund.

4. Payment errors

If money was taken from your account but the service was not activated, or you were charged twice for the same thing because of a technical error, contact us within 7 days with your transaction ID. We will check with our payment partner and either activate the service you paid for or reverse the duplicate charge. This corrects a payment error and is not a refund of a completed purchase.
