Guardian terms

These terms apply to parents, guardians and students (together, “guardians”) who post a tuition or hire a tutor through Manage Tutor. They add to our Terms of use. By posting a tuition you agree to them.

1. Who can post

• You must be at least 18 years old. A student under 18 needs a parent or guardian to post and manage the tuition.
• You must give your real name and a mobile number you can be reached on.

2. Posting a tuition

• Posting a tuition on Manage Tutor is free.
• Describe the student, class, medium, subjects, location, days, time and salary correctly. Do not post a tuition that does not exist.
• Do not put phone numbers, email addresses or exact house addresses in the title or description. We share contact details only with the tutor you choose.
• Our team reviews every post before it goes live. We may edit a post for clarity or safety, ask you for changes, or decline it.
• A post may have an expiry date. Close or mark your post as filled when you have hired, so tutors do not keep applying.

3. Choosing and hiring a tutor

• We check tutors’ identity documents and institution IDs, and show which checks are complete on their profile. These checks reduce risk but are not a guarantee of a tutor’s conduct or results.
• You decide who to hire. Read the profile, talk to the tutor, and take a demo class before you agree.
• The tuition agreement (salary, days, timing, start date, notice period) is between you and the tutor. Manage Tutor is not the tutor’s employer.
• Pay the tutor the salary you agreed, on time. Manage Tutor does not collect tutor salaries.

4. Safety

• For a first meeting or demo class, make sure a parent or adult family member is at home.
• Never send money in advance to anyone who claims to be from Manage Tutor. Our team will never ask for your password or OTP.
• Report anything that worries you to us straight away at 09647-874034 or managetutor.info@gmail.com.

5. Respect and conduct

Treat tutors with respect. Harassment, threats, discrimination, or asking a tutor to do anything unsafe or unlawful are not allowed. Do not use tutors’ contact details for anything other than the tuition.

6. Reviews

Reviews must be honest and based on your own experience with the tutor. We may remove reviews that are false, abusive or contain personal information.

7. Suspension

We may hide your posts or suspend your account if you break these terms, give false information, or put tutors at risk.
