Pay your platform fee

  1. Open your dashboard and choose "Pay now" on the plan card.
  2. Pick bKash, Nagad, Rocket or card and finish the payment on the secure payment page.
  3. You are sent back to your dashboard and the plan shows as active.
  4. Keep the transaction ID. Support needs it if anything goes wrong.

What does it cost tutors?

Tutors pay a platform fee of ৳100 per month to apply to jobs. The optional Trusted badge costs ৳500 per year.

How can I pay?

With bKash, Nagad, Rocket or a debit/credit card through our secure payment partners. You can also pay in cash at our office.

I paid but my plan is not active.

Most payments activate within a minute. Some payments are held for a security check; our team releases them the same day. If it takes longer, contact support with your transaction ID.

Can I get a refund for the Trusted badge?

Yes. If your photo ID cannot be verified after you pay for the badge, the fee is refunded in full.

Do guardians pay anything to the platform?

No. Guardians pay the monthly salary directly to the tutor they hire.
