How we check tutors, documents we accept, staying safe.

Stay safe

  1. Hire tutors with the verified mark, and check their education and reviews.
  2. Ask for a demo or trial class before agreeing the monthly salary.
  3. Never pay a tutor in advance for months you have not had classes.
  4. Report anything that feels wrong to our support team. Safety reports are answered first.

Questions

How are tutors verified?

Tutors upload a photo ID (NID, birth certificate or passport) and their student ID card or graduation certificate. Our team checks every document by hand against the profile before the verified mark appears.

Which documents do you accept?

National ID (front and back), birth certificate (one page) or passport (photo page), plus a student ID card or graduation certificate. JPG, PNG or PDF up to 5 MB.

Who can see my documents?

Only you and our verification team. Documents are stored privately and never shown on your public profile.

How do I report a problem with a tutor or guardian?

Use the contact form on the support page and choose "Report a problem". Include the job ID or tutor ID. We answer safety reports first.
